What is inspected?

Roof Structure:
The type, style, layers, quality installation and more are checked.   We will perform a diligent inspection of both sides of the roof. Attic ventilation and
insulation play an extremely important role in moisture, condensation, roof life and so much more - truly a key factor in how your home is functioning.

Foundation/Structure/Drainage: We complete a thorough inspection on the inside
and the outside of the structure: foundation, crawl spaces, walls, doors, ceilings, and floors. Inadequate or reversed drainage and grading cause most water problems on a structure. Proper gutters and downspouts are another important factor in moisture control around the foundation.

Heating/Cooling: We look at the age, condition, and safety of each, and in most
cases, these are the most used appliances in the home. The wrong burn pattern and
moisture production in a gas furnace can cause premature heat exchanger failure
and possibly carbon monoxide.

Electrical: We check for double tapping of breakers, undersized wiring, unsecured
wiring, GFCI's, AFCI's, open ground or reversed polarity outlets, and much more!
